hes a baby only a couple weeks old but all over the web it states that they are remarkable swimmers (which he is) and that they can swim underwater for up to an hour. there are also videos of juvenile nile monitors swimming underwater, mine just never does. could he just be to young to want to swim underwater or can you think of something else?
